The Research on Psychology & Mental Health Progress Review – Final Presentation was held on 21 August 2026, organized by the Counselling Unit, Faculty of Buddhist Studies, under the supervision and guidance of Ven. Dr. Dampe Vijitharathana Thero, Acting Vice-Chancellor; Prof. P. B. M. Madawala, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FHSS); and Dr. Kalyani Ruwanpathirana, Head of the Counselling Unit, Faculty of Buddhist Studies.
The event was attended by Assistant Registrars of the Faculty of Buddhist Studies and the Examinations Division, counselling interns, and counselling professionals, with the participation of Fifty scholars.
