The Faculty Seminar on Humanities and Social Sciences (FSHSS), jointly organized by the Faculty of Buddhist Studies and the Faculty of Graduate Studies of the Nāgānanda International Buddhist University (NIIBS), was held recently under the patronage of Professor Asanga Tilakaratne, Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, NIIBS.
This session focused on a critical and analytical discussion of the research paper titled “A Buddhist Tract on Empiricism”, authored by D. J. Kalupahana, a renowned scholar in Buddhist philosophy.
The seminar was attended by members of the academic staff of both faculties, contributing to a stimulating, insightful, and academically engaging discussion.
